The last 60 days of the MK Seminar year are always interesting. Some are riding a wave of momentum and others are having to dig deep to find the courage to still believe.
Finishing Well is still possible but it is not for the faint of heart. The MK opportunity provides many great rewards and blessings but all of these things come as a direct result of making the decision to not give up on your business.
Every business owner has seasons when their numbers are down or things are not going well. The ones that make it are the ones that fight for what is in their hearts. Never give up. There is plenty of time to finish well!
Here is something you have probably never heard before; discipline is your friend! Discipline will help you accomplish your vision and pursue your dreams.You cannot have a big vision without a big plan and ultimately a big commitment towards change.Your commitment and discipline must grow at the same level that your dreams and vision grow. Bad habits can sabotage your dreams, your beliefs, and your goals for your business. I always get nervous when I hear someone talk about their vision but they have little to say when asked about the discipline that their vision is going to require. Discipline is not that exciting to talk about and therefore most of us don’t. I will coach you on this subject and help you improve your level of discipline.
Leadership for Life is the term I am using to represent my efforts to provide consistent coaching for women in Mary Kay . After coaching over 40 National Sales Directors, I began to realize that they too needed a leadership resource that specifically designed to meet their unique leadership needs.
