Leadership for Life is the term I am using to represent my efforts to provide consistent coaching for women in Mary Kay . After coaching over 40 National Sales Directors, I began to realize that they too needed a leadership resource that specifically designed to meet their unique leadership needs. The original idea was to provide an online resource to supplement my work with them. Over time, my team convinced me that with a little more effort, we could also provide something for their Directors and Consultants. So we did!

After hanging out with over 100 National Sales Directors during the last few years, not only do I know most of their Starbucks orders, I also know their personal stories.
